Announcement of the end of ePacket and the start of shipping in Small Packets

We offer shipping options through Japan Post's EMS and ePacket services. However, we regret to inform you that Japan Post discontinue the ePacket service as of September 30, 2023(JST).

Therefore, starting from August 29, 2023 (JST), we will no longer accept shipping orders via ePacket.
We appreciate your past usage of this service.

In response to the termination of the ePacket service, we are introducing "Small Packets," which ship with similar limitations of size and weight within the same price range.
Please choose EMS or Small Packets shipping as your preferred option for future purchases.

For orders purchased with ePacket as the shipping method and shipped after October, we will arrange shipping using the Small Packets shipping.
There will be no additional charges for this change.
(For countries or regions where Small Packets shipping is unavailable, we will request transitioning to EMS or other shipping methods, which may involve additional fees.)
