Notice of Discontinuation of Small Packet and Switch to ePacket Light

JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. has decided to discontinue certain international mail services (Small Packet sent by International Registered Mail) at the end of December 2025, the NIJISANJI EN Store will ship orders via ePacket Light starting in January 2026.
International ePacket Light items that fit in a mailbox will be delivered by mailbox delivery.

For orders previously placed with Small Packet, any items shipped on or after January 2026 will be delivered via International ePacket Light instead.
In this case, no additional shipping fees are expected to apply.

If you would like to change the shipping method to EMS or another option instead of International ePacket Light, please contact Customer Support by Friday, January 2, 2026 (JST), and be sure to include your order number (a six-digit number starting with “AC”).
Please note that depending on the destination, changing the shipping method may not be available or may require additional shipping fees. In such cases, we will contact you separately.
